The Westbourne Music concert series provides performance opportunities for both emerging and established chamber ensembles and soloists. Resol String Quartet
Taking their name from the Catalan word meaning “reflection of sunlight”, the members of the quartet come from a great variety of backgrounds but were brought together by their shared vision to make classical music more inclusive and accessible both in the present and for the future.
In a constant pursuit for excellence, these young artists share their joy of music making and act as ambassadors for chamber music, keeping it alive in today’s society.

The Silver Keys Clarinet Quartet
The Silver Keys is a clarinet quartet based in Scotland. The current members are Laura Hundert, Pawel Jaworski, Matas Ščerbauskas, and Jennifer Moss. The Silver Keys are unbound by genre and enjoy performing new works for clarinet quartet as well as arrangements of well-known pieces as they highlight the clarinet’s wide- ranging ability to perform all styles of music.

JAZZ WEEK – Matt Carmichael (Saxophone) and
Fergus McCreadie (Piano)
A mutual love of traditional music and jazz underpins the work of this unique Scottish duo, both finalists in the BBC Young Jazz Musician of The Year. Through years of playing together, Matt Carmichael (saxophone) and Fergus McCreadie (piano) have developed an intimate knowledge of one another’s playing and compositional styles which they harness to produce stunning and delightfully spontaneous performances. We are thrilled to have them at Westbourne for our final concert of the year.
