Bailly Lapierre Cremant de Bourgogne Chardonnay NV
A refined sparkling Burgundy, made entirely from Chardonnay, with flavours of apple, pear and grapefruit, fine bubbles and perfumes of lemon blossom and buttered toast.
Jean Biecher Organic Moshi Moshi
This blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling & Gewurztraminer is desgined to be the perfect accompaniment to Sushi and lighter fish dishes. Moshi Moshi is light, fragrant and ever so charming. It combines soft apple and pear fruit with a lick of minerality. Summer in a glass.
TOUT AOP Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc Adichats
This is a top end white Bordeaux. 100% grown the the very best locations of Tutiac's vineyards. Picked at optimum ripeness. Fermented and matured in bespoke French oak. A wine best with food.
Chateau Cazau Martet Organic Bordeaux Rouge
A deep purple colour with purple hues. A pretty nose with aromas of fresh red strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant fruit. A round and well balanced palate with soft, supple tannins.
Beaujolais Villages Vin Nature à Butiner
Produced in one of the oldest estates in Beaujolais the aim of this wine was to produce something natural, wild and pure - a true expression of Gamay and the region with no added sulphites. Grapes are sourced from the best parcels of old vines in the area. The result is very delicate notes of violets and red fruits on the nose. On the palate it is ripe and clean with very delicate tannins and pure taste.
Château Grand Jauga, Sauternes
Château Grand Jauga is a fine and elegant sweet white wine. It goes nicely at the aperitif and also with poultry and white meat or cheese, such as 'Roquefort'.
Liam Dunn Bio
Wineloving Glaswegian of Irish stock.
I have been selling wine into the Scottish licensed trade for over 39 years. This has given me the chance to travel to many of the great vineyard areas across the world, with Stellenbosch, Burgundy and Bordeaux my top three favourites. My main pastimes are focussed on sport and the arts. I enjoy playing golf, tennis and skiing.
I used to play rugby till the bones couldn’t take it anymore.
