Caroline, Sally and Sebastian are very saddened to have to inform you and
the members of The Glasgow Art Club that Marysia Donaldson, David
Abercrombie Donaldson’s widow passed away peacefully at midnight on the 21st
of August in The Hospital d’Orange in Provence. It was very sudden and
totally unexpected.
Marysia will be laid to rest in the cemetery in St Roman de Malegarde 84290,
after a service in the 13th Century village church at 3pm, tomorrow
Wednesday 29th August.
If any members who may remember Marysia is anywhere nearby, we would love to
see them either tomorrow or any time in the future.
Marysia, a marvellous painter too, was an amazing character and will be
very sorely missed.
