Description
Linking the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara while separating Europe from Asia. The city of Istanbul previously known as Constantinople and Byzantium straddle the Bosphorus at its southern end. This composite depiction depicts in silhouette the Aya Sofya and Blue mosque on the European side and Maiden Tower and two further mosques on the Asian side.
Set in a 72mm wide walnut stained bevel frame and under non-reflective glass.
