Description
Eileen Donan (island of Donan) castle has a fascinating and complex history. It has a lovely fairytale look, especially on its own island location. My pastel painting is based on a photo taken by my son as his was better than mine! The sky, however, was based on a storm clouds that impressed me when I was further north.
