Exhibiting Artists

Exhibiting Artist Membership Recognition

If you are a practising artist or maker who is either applying or has already  become an individual Town, Country, Young or Graduate member of the Club, then you may wish to secure Exhibiting Artist membership recognition so as to be able to participate in the Club’s member exhibitions or display work in the Club or on its website.   To do so entails submission of: -

  • three examples of the type of work you would like to be able to exhibit or display; and
  • an artist’s statement indicating relevant training and experience, any awards or accolades, previous exhibition participation, the nature of your current practice, links to relevant online presence and your aspiration as an artist or maker.

You will need to firstly upload digital copies of images of your work and statement for pre-selection consideration by a jury.  If successfully pre-selected you will then be asked to physically submit your work for final consideration.  You can either initiate this consideration when applying for membership or at a later point in time coinciding with a forthcoming member exhibitions after becoming an individual member of the Club.  Either way select the ‘Exhibiting Artist’ option when completing the Individual Membership Application Form  to reveal further instructions. Dates for the forthcoming exhibitions for which your work can be considered are listed here.
