Florence Sinclair-M. was born in Vienna to an American/Scottish mother and a Persian father.  She trained at the National Academies of Art in Barcelona and Madrid , graduating in 1971 with a degree in Painting and Drawing.  She began Printmaking at Saint Martin’s School of Art in 19723 and continued in Paris where she studied with Stanley W. Hayter at his Atelier 17 during 2 years. Sinclair -M. has lived and worked for most of her adult life in Paris, but decided to settle in Scotland in early 2016.
