Mugeesa is a Glasgow-based artist whose work focuses on architecture, urban landscapes, and the character of historic buildings. Working primarily in pen, ink, and tonal washes, they explore the relationship between structure, memory, and place through detailed observational drawing.

Inspired by Glasgow’s rich architectural heritage, their work seeks to capture both the physical presence and the stories embedded within the city’s buildings. Through careful linework and attention to light and texture, they aim to highlight the resilience and enduring significance of the built environment.

They are a member of the Glasgow Art Club and continue to develop a body of work centred on architectural drawing and urban heritage.
