Over the years, the Club has found its way into the hearts of many a happy couple. Almost by accident, we have become one of Glasgow’s favourite city centre places for people to take one of the most important steps they will ever take in their lives and commit themselves to each other forever more.
What makes us different?
Shunning the word “venue” and all things associated with it, we approach each and every wedding like it is the only wedding. We work with each individual couple, getting to know you and recognising your loves and loathes, to create a truly memorable day that reflects your personalities and makes your wedding stand out from all others. Weddings are about you, not us and this is never more evident than at an Art Club wedding. We will be with you from day one for all aspects of your special day offering support and advice wherever needed. The most important piece of advice we can give to anyone is throw your wedding magazines in the bin. Cut out the pretty pictures and toss the rest of it away, as it will have you paying off your wedding for the first few years of your married life! Secondly, listen to everyone’s advice, but don’t feel you have to take it. Outwith the actual ceremony itself, there are no rules when it comes to your wedding day. Keep things simple and all about you, and you are guaranteed to have a day that will be like no other. The experienced, sensitive team of staff will ensure that you never feel as though you are caught up in a revolving door of weddings – the Glasgow Art Club limit the number of bookings they take so as to allow plenty of time for each couple, and never, ever operate a hard sell. “What’s more important to us is that we host the best weddings, not the most. There is a huge difference”. You will be encouraged to come in for an informal chat, a tour of the facilities and to make yourselves at home and spend some time here by yourselves, to really discover if it is the right place for you. Once you have discovered that it is, tell us what you want, turn up on the day and we will do everything else! |
