Description

Acrylic on A3 paper. The inspiration for this artwork came from the desire to create a piece that held hidden mysteries waiting to be uncovered. I am fascinated with the connection between horses and people its a magical affinity that just has to be revealed. The composition holds secrets waiting to be uncovered. I invite the viewer to peel back the surface and uncover the hidden truths and mysteries that lie beneath the surface of the grand ball room. Using this particular colour palette helped me reveal the richness of the ball room whilst highlighting the main characters. and their secrets.
