Bookings & Fees
To book any of the facilities available please email/fax a completed booking form or telephone the office and speak to either Naoimh or Dan.
To enquire about booking a space or to discuss requirements for an event, please telephone the office to make an appointment to visit the club where Naoimh or Dan will be happy to show you around and discuss your individual needs.
Please allow at least 24 hours for electronic bookings and please do not assume that your booking has been accepted until you receive confirmation.
To book places for an advertised club event, members can either do so in person by entering their name in the book which is situated in the bar area, or by telephoning the office. Cancellations of booking for club events must be made by midday on the Wednesday prior to the event. Bookings that have been cancelled later may still be charged for.
