About Michael G Clark

Born 1959 Ayr, Scotland. Clark studied from1979-1983 at Edinburgh College of Art.

Clark's love of film led to him being employed as a graphic designer for BBC Scotland from 1983-89.

A desire to work for himself resulted in a move to London in 1989.

From 1989 to 1994 he worked as a freelance art director, and illustrator.

He has been a full time painter since 1994 and returned to Scotland in 1999 with his partner Karen and three children.

Working from his studio in Ayrshire Clark works with a few selected galleries exhibiting in London, Bristol and Bath.
